Am working out thrice a week with a personal trainer. I have been on the ‘diet’ with her for 1 month now and am simply loving it. for two months but it is money well-spent. Finally I signed up with the lady herself. I tried the diet guidelines for 10 days and realized that I was feeling more energized. Not just salads and soups but yummy stuff like peanuts and cheese and paneer. Go ahead and buy the book… it is a good and light read. ![]() If you are overweight, have tried various diets (General Diet/Atkins diet/De-toxic diet and other various forms of starvation diet) and are fed up of eating soups and salads, this book can be your salvation. ![]()
